Objectives

• Broadening the interests of students and enriching their school life for their balanced and whole-

person development

• Providing opportunities for students to apply their knowledge and skills into practice and develop

their potentials

• Fostering good characters in students as well as enhancing their skills in treating people and

handling matters

• Developing students’ organizing skills and leadership qualities

• Enlivening the festival climate through the holding of festival celebration activities;  Enhancing the

understanding of our students on the festival background and Chinese/western cultures

• Through group activities, enhancing the friendship among and widening the social circle of our

students as well as strengthening the relationship and communication between students and

teachers

Duties

• Formulating the development direction and overall planning for the implementation of extra-

curricular activities (ECA) as well as co-ordinating and supervising the arrangements of various ECA

programmes

• Co-ordinating the annual election of the Student Association and providing assistance in

implementing various activities

• Co-ordinating and implementing various house activities

• Co-ordinating and supervising the operation of ECA clubs

• Designing, co-ordinating and making arrangements for festival celebration activities held on whole

school basis, including National Day Celebration, Christmas and Chinese New Year

• Co-ordinating and making arrangements for post-examination activities

• Motivating students to participate in external activities
